Fractional Life Awards judges revealed

Fractional Life is delighted to reveal the judging panel for the 2012 Fractional Life Awards. The Awards will be presented at the Fractional Summit Europe conference at the Marriott Grosvenor Square, London, on February 27 and 28.

The judges are:

Professor Mark Sharp, AIPP


Mark is chief executive of the Association of International Property Professionals. An entrepreneurial executive with more than 16 years executive level experience obtained in multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed international organisations. Mark is expert in the design and delivery of large scale integrated projects. A visionary, with the ability to define operational outcomes; achieved via a positive approach to both commercial advantage and client satisfaction; delivered through the continuous improvement of people, process, technology and culture primarily in the efficiency and improvement of asset management and wealth creation.

Rupert Bates, Globespan Media


Rupert Bates is editorial director of the leading housebuilding trade publication Show House and Homes Overseas magazine, the premier title for UK purchasers looking to buy abroad and has been named as one of the ‘20 most influential people in overseas property.’ Rupert presents the annual What House? Awards - the biggest event in the housebuilding calendar. He is regularly asked to speak at industry events and provide expert media comment for television and radio. Rupert is also property correspondent of The Field magazine and a sports and property writer for The Daily Telegraph.

George Sell, Fractional Trade


George is editor of the Fractional Trade and Fractional Life websites. An experienced property, travel and lifestyle journalist with a decade of covering the domestic and overseas property and hospitality sectors under his belt, he has edited several consumer and b2b property titles in the UK and contributes to a wide range of magazines and national newspapers.
