Attorney Andy Sirkin has focused on fractional ownership since 1985, representing more than 6,000 projects ranging from single homes to large developments throughout the world including Ireland, Scotland, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Mexico, Belize,Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama and Argentina. In addition to representing developers of fractional offerings, timeshares, private residence clubs and destination clubs, he frequently advises other attorneys who are new to the fractional area, and helps buyers with their due diligence and evaluation. He is the author of two books as well as numerous published articles, is accredited as a fractional ownership instructor by the California Department of Real Estate, and has created an extensive body of instructional material for buyers, sellers, developers and real estate professionals (available at sirkinfractionallawyers.com). He has also developed, marketed and sold his own fractional projects in the U.S. and France, giving his legal advice a practical perspective that is unavailable from most other lawyers.
