Brad is the founding CEO for Best International. He is also a director of the Falcon SPC listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange and a board member of the development company behind the new Hilton Grand Vacations Club project, Borgo Alle Vigne in Tuscany. He is one of the most respected figures in the fractional ownership sector in the UK, writing a column for OPP, and being a key speaker at OPP Live 08, 09 and 2010.  Brad is also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development and an MBA graduate of the Cranfield School of Management. In addition to leading Best International Brad has personally advised clients in Europe, Africa and Central America and is recognised as one of the leading experts in the use of UK pension funds in offering fractional products.
