Caroline is founder of Zeal Coaching, which helps hotel and hospitality businesses to create a competitive edge by working directly with the people who can make a difference, be they the owner, managers or operational teams. Her work typically includes one to one coaching or group facilitation with key team members to ensure they are getting the best from their team and tailored development programmes on leadership and management skills.

Caroline has spent over 25 years in the industry, including heading up the learning and development team of an international catering company. She is author of the Hotel Success Handbook, offering practical sales and marketing solutions to small hotels. She is also a regular contributor to hotel industry publications such as Hotel Executive, eHotelier, Hotel News Now, Hotel-Industry Co UK and Hotel Trends.
