Chris Sheldon has been in the shared leisure industry for over 20 years. In that time he has worked in the banking industry providing commercial loans for developers of shared ownership products before moving to the consumer lending side with First National Bank. In 2000 he moved to Interval International and is now assistant director of sales responsible for working with new and existing developers in shared ownership, aiding them in bringing their unique projects to market together with maximising sales of their product whether timeshare, fractions or buy to let. In addition, he is responsible for the resort affiliation, sales and marketing of Preferred Residences, a membership and exchange programme for luxury shared ownership properties pursuant to an alliance between Interval International, Inc. and the Preferred Hotel Group. Chris holds a LLB Joint Honours degree in Law and Politics.
