Christine holds the position of new business support coordinator with Citadel Trustees Ltd (Citadel). Her principal responsibilities include dealing with new enquiries from developers who are looking to enter the fractional ownership sector or set up Hotel buy-to-let projects, or considering other less mainstream forms of shared ownership, and guiding them along the right path to establish a bespoke and successful business model. Christine has been with the Group since 2004 and, prior to her current role at Citadel, sheheld the position of coordinator within the legal services department where she gained a wealth of experience insetting up new projects as well as overseeing the on-going day to day management of key client accounts. Prior to joining Citadel, Christine worked for the private UK Law firm Herrington & Carmichael where she held a paralegal position dealing with commercial property, residential conveyancing and company law. Citadel is a fully owned subsidiary of Hutchinson & Co Trust Company Ltd and holds an estimated value of projects in trust and under management of $2.5 billion.The group has more than 25 years experience in the shared leisure industry.
