David is president of The Fractional Consultant. He helps fractional developers secure equity and consumer financing. He also advises developer clients on business planning, finance presentations, fractional marketing and sales strategies and structuring and implementing fractional real estate offerings. Disick has cultivated relationships over time with members of a private investment advisory group within UBS, familiarizing the group members with the profit potential in the fractional real estate development industry. His contacts are interested in finance opportunities in major resort and urban destinations world-wide.

Internationally recognised as a fractional real estate development pioneer, innovator and respected thought leader, David has written scores of articles published on industry websites. After a career as a Wall Street attorney, he has spent over three decades in second home development, successfully raising significant sums of money on behalf of his own developments and on behalf of the developments of other companies. He is best known as the developer of Franz Klammer Lodge, in Telluride, Colorado, the property which coined the term, “Private Residence Club”.
