Marc is a director of Colliers International and leads the International Hotels and Resorts Consultancy team in London. The London team is part of the global Colliers International Hotels team of more than 140 specialists across EMEA, Asia Pacific and the Americas. Few leading advisers have the depth and breadth of experience within the hospitality and leisure industries as Marc. A consummate professional, he understands all aspects of the sector from operational details to complicated real estate and financing strategies. He has more than 25 years of experience in the international hotel business and is a recognised specialist in management and franchise agreement negotiations, worldwide.

Marc is a graduate in Hotel Management from the University of Surrey. He spent several years in hotel line management before joining Horwath Consulting. He quickly became a recognised specialist in the hotel industry and was asked to relocate to Portugal where he directed in excess of 200 assignments for public and private sector clients. Prior to joining Colliers International, he owned and operated his own hotel, was a director at HVS London office and ran his own boutique corporate finance consultancy for the within the sector.
