Paul Mac Sherry has over 20 years experience in European sales and marketing, and has a considerable understanding of and passion for the leisure property industry. He has an excellent track record and reputation within the industry.

Paul is an independent consultant to the advisory, real estate, hotelier and developer communities to define, structure and launch shared ownership programmes in leisure destinations. Clients include Colliers International, a golf resort in Wales, a PRC in Italy, a golf resort in Sicily, a PRC in Cannes, luxury resorts in Madeira and the Algarve and mixed-use resorts in Grenada and Iceland with PKF International.

Prior to his consultancy, as vice president business development at Group RCI (now Wyndham Exchange & Rentals), Paul brought their global exchange services of The Registry Collection and RCI Points into new market sectors within the emerging European leisure asset classes. He was pivotal in The Registry Collection winning its first two European industry awards for ‘best fractional service’. He also worked with his Wyndham hotel colleagues on joint tenders securing a European Group first with a joint contract for hotel, exchange and rental. 

At Premier Resorts, Paul led a multi-award winning team representing clients in eight countries operating in whole ownership, fractional, timeshare, condo-hotel and buy-to-let products. His team operated as a marketing and sales arm for developers, planning and delivering marketing campaigns and sales.

Paul has also worked as a consultant for Marriott Vacation Club International creating a strategic marketing partnership platform; business development at a leading database marketing agency; and business development management roles at Europe’s leading consumer lifestyle data and analytics company
