The company is a member of the Luxury Society and the exclusive global representative for the fractional industry for The Board of Regents, the world's pre-eminent network of luxury brokers. PKI's team members have provided services since the beginning of the PRC industry to some of the most legendary PRC's ever ceased and is the only truly global full service provider with a history of luxury PRC's in Europe, USA, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Peter is one of the most experienced individuals in the luxury international real estate market. Before founding PKI he served as vice president and Midwest regional director for Sotheby's International Real Estate, director of international real estate for Christie's Great Estates and CEO-Europe for DCP International.
