Philip Bacon is managing director of HVS Madrid and managing director EMEA & Asia of HVS Shared Ownership Services, a specialist division of HVS Global Hospitality Services based in Madrid and focused on the development of mixed-used resorts and resorts developed around shared ownership business models such as vacation ownership, residence clubs, branded residences and condo hotels. Philip is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and has over 25 years' experience in professional business advisory services and general management having worked with a wide range of both independently-managed and publicly-listed international companies.
